AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES FOR ALL OUR PARCELS:
Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 working days to process it. During the week this is typically one working day, however if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
After your order has been processed, your parcel will be dispatched. The average delivery time is 9–13 working days.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Clara & Rose London is designed to be as simple as possible. Simply navigate to the product page and add the item you wish to purchase to your basket by clicking the black "Add to Basket" button.
Please ensure you have selected the correct variants before proceeding. Once everything looks correct, click "Continue to Checkout". On the information page, please enter your correct delivery address and ensure all details are accurate. Once completed, click "Continue to Shipping".
On the Shipping page, you will be able to review the address details you have provided. You will also see that every delivery is completely free of charge — as a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. You may then proceed by clicking "Continue to Payment".

On the payment page, a variety of payment methods are available. At Clara & Rose London, all payment options are SSL encrypted, ensuring a safe and secure payment environment at all times.
